Does anyone know if I need covid medical insurance for the ED visa? I'm coming in on a 60 day TR visa and will be buying insurance for the Thailand pass. But I'm not sure if I need it once I'm on the ED visa. (I will have my own travel insurance including medical of course).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The ED visa does not have any specific insurance requirements. If you are already holding a 60-day TR visa and planning to buy insurance for the Thailand Pass, you should not need to worry about COVID medical insurance once you switch to the ED visa, especially since you will have your own travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
