TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessary steps when exiting Thailand while holding a retirement visa extension with multiple entry. A commenter clarifies that with a multiple re-entry permit already in place, no additional stamps are needed at passport control for exiting or re-entering Thailand.

If you already have the multiple re-entry permit then you don't need anything else.
