Stayed in Thailand for 60 days soon.

On a multiple entry tourist visa.

Plan to extend 30 days in immigration.

Do I need a flight ticket that show I will leave Thailand in 30 days after that?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're extending your stay in Thailand on a multiple-entry tourist visa for an additional 30 days, you do not need to provide a flight ticket showing your exit from Thailand. Multiple comments confirm that no exit booking is necessary for an extension.

Just did my 30 extension today. No requirement for any sort of exit bookings.

Just wondering why you’d go for an extension rather than a border bounce? Of course you can do either. You won’t need to show a flight ticket for a 30 day extension.
