TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers from Australia do not need to apply for a visa prior to leaving for Thailand if they plan to stay for 45 days. Australians are eligible for a visa exemption that allows them to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days upon arrival. Upon entry, they will receive a visa-exempt stamp. If they wish to stay longer, they can apply for an extension of an additional 30 days while in Thailand.

Donโ€™t see any point in having this group if people canโ€™t ask a question without getting harassed for doing soโ€ฆ. Yes google is available but google can also provide conflicting or out of date information so maybe people use the group to get some clarity ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Info should be on the Aus Govt website. But if you have Aus passport you get 60 days without a visa. Can extend for extra 30 days.
