My partner and I arrived in Thailand on the 31st of March on a visa exemption.
I am Australian and my partner is German.
We used our 45 days and then extended for another 30 days.
We have left Thailand and we are now in Malaysia.
Can we return to Thailand on another visa exemption for 30 days?
Or do we have to leave after 15 days because otherwise we would overstay 90 days per 6 months?
We have had conflicting information and just looking for some clarification.
Appreciate any advice ๐๐ผ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about returning to Thailand on a visa exemption after already utilizing 75 days of stay within a six-month period. According to a comment, they can enter Thailand again under visa exemption for 30 days without issues unless they have a history of extensive travel, and they can also apply for a 30-day extension on that entry.
You two can enter Thailand on visa exempt for 30 days, wouldn't be an issue unless you have extensive history travelling Thailand. And could use 30 days tourism extension on visa-exempt entry if you want.
There is no such a immigration law that limits the stay up to 90 days per 6 months.
