ORIGINAL POSTER
I am Australian, flying Thai Airways and transiting through Bangkok airport on 24th July. I don’t need a visa, right? I thought I knew the answer to this (a definitive no) but some things I’ve read recently have spooked me.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Australian citizens do not need a visa to transit through Bangkok airport as long as they remain within the international transit area and do not leave the airport.
