Do all Thaipass approvals indicate 'Sandbox' instead of 'Test and Go'?

If the TP was approved with that, I wouldn't think you should have any issues (provided the form doesn't say anything about 7 nights stay required).

I actually applied under a 7-day CoE to the sandbox, but my CoE had an "Exemption from Quarantine" footnote and they let me do Test & Go

tbh I’m not sure, it may be overseen but in Dubai they were meticulous looking through all the paperwork , BUT my THAI Pass does have a wrong letter in my middle name but nothing was said

The airline won't care about the hotel reservation. They'll only need the TP, your passport and relevant COVID test/vaccination documents.
