Hello all, a couple of questions…

1) does anyone know if when leaving and entering Thailand before an educational visa ends, can be a way to receive 90 days upon entry?

2) does anyone can recommend a service provider in Koh Phangan for visa runs through Laos or Cambodia?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To receive 90 days upon re-entering Thailand, you must have a multi-entry visa; exiting on a single-entry educational visa will not grant you additional days. For visa runs from Koh Phangan to Laos or Cambodia, it's recommended to seek local service providers.

there is nothing such as a "multi entry ED visa". Either one has a "1-year extension of stay permit based on an ED visa" and bought a multi-entry permit for 3800.- THB for the remainder of this stay permit, or he holds a single entry Non-Imm-ED visa

If you want 90 extra days from a visa by exiting and re-entering, it must be a multiple entry visa. Odds are that your education visa is single entry. You can still exit and re-enter (in principle - you may have problems actually doing it), but then you need a re-entry permit. That permits only qualifies you for the remainder of the original allowance. You don't get any extra time with it.

The only way to receive 90 days on entry to Thailand is to have a visa you purchased from a Thai embassy before you enter.

Or have a passport from Argentine, Brazil, Chile, Korea, Peru, or Russia.
