If I got the 90 days and they are finishing the first week of April, I will be in a course by then (in Koh Phangan) so can't leave for more than 1 day and will need to extend my visa hopefully by land (cheaper).
If I already got 90 days and I'm staying till the end of my visa, what options do I have to extend it for one more month? There is an inmigration office in Koh Samui but I don't know how it works for countries that already got the 3 months visa
Thank you! :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on extending their 90-day visa exempt entry while remaining in Thailand, specifically while attending a course in Koh Phangan. The discussion reveals that it is generally not possible to extend a 90-day visa exempt entry; instead, the user may need to leave the country and re-enter to receive a new stamp. Suggestions include contacting border bounce companies and examining specific border policies regarding re-entry.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

You would have to check with a border bounce company down there because not all borders let people on 90 day visa exempt entries bounce out and in to get a new 90 day stamp.
Post on a f/b group dedicated to the islands and see what you get BUT know that the advice I gave as far as you not being able to get a 30 day extension is 100% accurate
If you are from one of the 5 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru & South Korea) that get 90 day visa exempt entries you bounce out and back in to get a NEW 90 day visa exempt entry stamp.
There is nothing you can get at the immigration office inside the country other than an "application for extension denied" 7 day stamp to get out of the country for 1900baht.
