TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of obtaining a 12-month non-immigrant visa more than once in Thailand. Responses indicate that non-immigrant visas are often issued as 90-day visas, requiring specific criteria to be met, such as age, financial stability, and rental contracts. One commenter notes personal experience in renewing such visas over 14 years. Another comment diverges into a related topic about registering a marriage in Thailand.

As long as you meet the requirements Age, Financial ,rental contract I’ve been doing it for 14 years
this is often added and sort of made clear that "there are no year long visas" which is true, but for all intents and purposes, once you extend your visa to a year, that visa is valid for a year, actually even more... So, assuming people understand that its a 3 month visa and the extension makes it another full year, saying that someone is not "on a year long visa" is really just a matter of semantics..
If you get a 12 month extension of stay you are not extending your Visa, the Non-OA being a good example. Before it expires it is a 12 month multi-entry visa but the 12 month extension is not multi-entry so you are not extending the same conditions.
the problem is there ARE 12 month non-O visas. So without the correct terminology there's literally no way to know what the op is talking about or asking and no way to give a real answer.
