you can't get a tourist visa in Thailand. You can get tourist visas outside of Thailand and use them to enter as often as they'll sell them to you though.

You mean 60-day visas in that case. Yes you can, but you might be better off getting one multi-entry visa. That means you can get another 60 days with a border bounce, rather than doing a visa run. Possible to stretch the one visa out to almost nine months
