TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Embassy in London is currently not issuing multi-entry O visas. Since November of last year, both the multi-entry Non-Immigrant O family and retirement visas have been discontinued. Presently, only single-entry Non-Immigrant O visas valid for 90 days are available through the e-visa system. Multi-entry options that remain include a six-month tourist visa and a 365-day Non-Immigrant O/A long-stay visa.

No. London uses the evisa system and that option is not available on that.
