TLDR : Answer Summary
Flying domestically in Thailand does not have a universal requirement for vaccination, but requirements may vary by destination. Some provinces require proof of vaccination, while others may necessitate a negative COVID-19 test. It's advisable to check the specific requirements of your destination before traveling.

We flew to Phuket a couple of days ago. We had to show proof of full vaccination at check in at the airport.
