My wife need to fly down to BKK from KK. Anyone know if there is any kind of COVID testing or requirements for internal flights for Thais please?

Sometimes they ask for vaccine record or proof of test. Sometimes they don't. My girlfriend was asked to do a test at the airport, done in 15 minutes. I don't understand it. I would recommend travelling with the vaccine record or have your girlfriend call airline/airport.
