TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the use of Medicspot for obtaining COVID-19 tests and fit to fly certificates. Users in the comments confirm that Medicspot tests are generally accepted by airlines and countries but may require an additional fee for a separate fit to fly document. They also mentioned the importance of noting the departure country when discussing testing options.

I’m also planning to use them this week. Apparently several people have requested the result and fit to fly to be on 2 docs with no probs.

The time I gave for the swab test was 71 hours from my flight. I don’t think this part matters. I’m pretty sure it’s the time the results are issued but after all this hard work, don’t want to leave anything to chance.

can you tell me your impressions once you have your results,,,,thanks,,
could you clear something up for ..im led to believe that its 72 from when you get the result, not from when you do the swab..so for instance,if i was flying midday thursday ,i could do the test at home saturday and send it .then you would hopefully get the result monday or tuesday at the latest.....why is this whole process such a stress.....good luck with your test
I’m having stress right now waiting for result. My understanding is that it’s from the time the results are issued but what that actually means, I don’t know. When they receive it at the lab? When they do the analysis? When they create the certificate? Medicspot also put the date and time of the actual swab on the certificate.
did you do your swab test more than 72 hours before? i assume you did because there wouldnt be enough time to swab, then post it ,then pray it comes back the next day..
