Hello, sorry if this been asked previously but what are the current requirements to fly from Bangkok to Phuket? I'm fully vaccinated, but do I need to do a predeparture Covid19 swab in BKK? Do I need to book any special accommodations in Phuket for the first few days? Is there anywhere I can track the latest domestic travel requirements?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To fly from Bangkok to Phuket, fully vaccinated travelers are currently advised to use the Mor Phrom app to verify their vaccination status. A COVID-19 test is necessary, but the specific type, whether an RT-PCR or antigen test, may depend on regulations that are changing around October 1st. Additionally, travelers must book accommodation in Phuket through the appropriate channels, such as a platform referred to as gophuket. It's recommended to check reliable sources for the latest updates on travel requirements.

From everything I’ve read so far, besides what you have listed, anybody coming into Phuket from Bangkok will still have to book a SHA hotel and pay for 3 more tests. Hopefully sometime soon they will get get to the 7+7.

thats not the case for domestic travellers, my wife came in to join me in Sandbox she only had to do the test prior to entry there are no subsequent tests for people coming domestically.

Domestic travellers do not need an SHA plus accomadation just booked accomadation.
