TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is inquiring about the possibility of changing an extension stamp's date from October 31 to November 30 at a different immigration office than the one that issued the original stamp. Comments suggest that typically, one must return to the issuing office for any necessary adjustments. A specific example is mentioned regarding a similar situation that resulted in complications when the individual did not return to complete the process at the issuing office.

BUT
I NEED people to understand the O/P is asking about one scenario and one scenario only
After you got an extension stamp dated until Oct 26 (when you closed the loop on your under consideration stamp) did anyone go to a different immigration office and have them change the date to the 30th of Nov?

If you have an under consideration stamp you definitely have to go back to what ever office issued it to "close the loop" and get your extension stamp
There was a post a while back about a gurl from the islands, who had gotten an under consideration stamp when they did a mobile immigration thing to the island she was on in the south. She got an under consideration stamp, NEVER went back on that date to close the loop, moved to Chiang Rai and then tried to get a new extension with an embassy letter.
They sent her back to Surat Thani to close the loop on the first stamp before they'd even think about giving her another extension with the embassy letter at the Chiang Rai office

IF I had to guess I'd say you have to go to the office that issued you the original extension stamp
BUT
I believe the only way you'll find out is to show up at an immigration office that didn't issue you that extension stamp and try to get it changed :O
