Is it normal for a visa extension to only last until October 12th, and how do I change provinces in Thailand?
Two things. First I got extended but only until October 12th. Is that normal?

You go back on the date instructed by ThaI Immigration. Get the UNDER CONSIDERATION stamp closed out.
As for moving...you can. But you cannot shop around for immigration offices. You use the one where you are registered.
