Can Singapore passport holders successfully apply for the DTV in Malaysia?
Before I make an effort to visit Malaysia to apply for the DTV, may I know are there anyone here as Singapore passport holders have successfully applied the DTV in Malaysia Thai Embassy?

There are 3 embassies in Malaysia, and they've all just switched to e-visa, so you will have to select one you want to apply through.
