A Non-OA is given abroad. A Non-O is given in Thailand. Is it always the case? How can I be sure?
I got a Non-B visa in 2016 in Phitsanulok. It was converted to a retirement visa in 2018 at CW. It says nowhere if it is a Non-O or a Non-OA. How can I find out which one I have?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is trying to clarify whether their retirement visa, which they obtained in Thailand after initially receiving a Non-B visa, is classified as a Non-O or a Non-OA visa. They mention the differences in application locations for these visas, and comments suggest that Non-OA visas can only be obtained from embassies or consulates abroad, while they are unsure of how to confirm the specific type of visa they currently hold.
