Can my mother visit Thailand and travel to Hong Kong and Malaysia without issues with her visa exemptions?

I am staying in the Kingdom of Thailand. I have a retirement visa.

My mother is coming to visit me in February (she has a return ticket 58 days after arrival – she won't exceed the permitted 60 days).

During her visit, I wanted to go on a trip to Hong Kong with her. Then we'll return to Thailand for a few days, and I'd like to fly with her to Malaysia.

Is this permissible? I mean, after her first arrival in Thailand, she will have to cross the border (by air) twice.

Thank you very much for your reply, and best regards.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans for their mother to visit Thailand on a visa-exempt entry, traveling to Hong Kong and Malaysia during her stay. Comments clarify that she will receive a new visa-exempt stamp on each entry as long as it is within her allowed 60-day stay. The user must obtain a re-entry permit to maintain their retirement visa status while accompanying her. Overall, the traveling plan appears feasible, and potential concerns about visa processing for both parties are discussed.

Łukasz Wojtyński you do not have a visa. . . . . . You are on a 1-year extension of the stay permit based on retirement, and bought a multi re-entry permit for it. . . . You can exit and re-enter Thailand as many times as you want, during the one-year period of your extended stay permit. Both you and your mother need to fill out and submit the TDAC before each entry into Thailand, though

I not sure you understand about re entry stamp for yourself.

That applies if your on retirement visa living here, no re entry stamp you'd loose your visa

Why don't you travel from Hong Kong to Malaysia, save yourself time, money, hassle and worry?

Your plans sound like very typical tourist plans as far as your mother is concerned. I can't see her having problems on the schedule you propose but if you're worried about it for peace of mind she could get a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV)

She will get a new visa-exempt entry everytime she returns. You will have to buy re-entry permits, and you both need to complete TDACs before every new entry

Ian Morrison he said he has a multi re-entry permit for his one-year Extension of the Stay Permit (there is nothing such as a "multiple entry retrired visa"). His mother does not need to buy a re-entry permit, as she can re-enter Thailand one more time under the visa-exemption (she did not maximize her first visa-exempt entry but exited before the first 60 days were up)

Ian Morrison why buy re-entry permits when, as you say, she gets a new visa exempt stamp every entry?

Łukasz Wojtyński I assume your polish, your mother wouldn't have any issue

But for you go to immigration buy a reentry permit or a multi re-entry permit, single cost 1000 baht multi 3800 this mean you can travel out and in Thailand without losing your visa.
