Hi - and apologies in advance, if this has been asked before:

Has anyone here been able to obtain either a DTV or LTR (non-retirement) as a sole trader and investor?

If so, could you DM with the details of the legal practice used (if any)

Many thanks in advance,

Steph

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the possibility of obtaining a DTV or LTR visa in Thailand as a sole trader and investor. Comments suggest that while the LTR visa may not be available for this purpose, the DTV visa is a viable option. One commenter mentions that sole traders have successfully been approved for a DTV visa by demonstrating how they operate their business online and providing relevant registration details.

Sole traders have been approved for the DTV, check the main DTV FB group. Basically show how you operate your business online, provide registration details.

LTR not an option for that. But DTV might be.
