Flight bookings (into Hanoi and onward to Thailand)

Stay confirmations for both Vietnam and Thailand

Entry stamp + boarding pass as supporting evidence

Financial section

Two accounts shown with records of 6 months. One was a hybrid savings/fixed type (no frequent transactions but full access to the funds) Another was a standard account with active transactions

Together, the amounts were above the requirement

I added clear notes on account type and highlighted the relevant amounts for clarity. Added conversions.

Business registration certificate

Overview of business

Supporting proof like storefront previews, customer feedback, and examples of orders

Mentioned achievements to strengthen credibility.

Closing note that I would only be working remotely and not earning locally in Thailand and be a responsible and civil expat respecting locals and their culture.

Format

Prepared three main word documents separately so editing was easy. Added a clickable table of contents for quick navigation. Combined into one clean and organized pdf before submitting and no compression needed.
