TLDR : Answer Summary
Holding a NON-O immigrant visa generally does not allow you to work legally as a freelance photographer in Thailand. Any paid work, including freelance employment, requires a work permit. To obtain a work permit, you typically need to be employed by a Thai company, as the conditions are quite strict. In special circumstances, like if your NON-O visa is extended based on marriage, you might have some options, but the labor department might still classify freelance photography as a restricted profession, compounding the challenges in securing a work permit.

The only way you can do it is if your type O visa is extended based on marriage. Then it gets into if the labor department still considers a foreign photographer as a restricted profession, needing a varience from the labor department in order to get a work permit, and open a business without Thai photographers. They no longer allow you to get a work permit as a freelance photojournalist under a type O extension.

You cannot apply for work permit if you work as freelance
To get a got permit, must be in Thai company.. conditions are very strict ..
You should contact a lawyer to know all the process
Basically ..
1 work permit for 4 thai employees in the company
1 work permit for 2 million Bht capital in the company
it depends, there is a Thai company that provides a work permit and Visa to developper as long as they earn more than 60k and pay 25% of earning to them. They pay your taxes for you, its pretty big.
