Hi I am asking for a very specific request. I am on a Non-O multi entry based on marriage. I'm going back to teach at a school soon. I am trying to show the school it is perfectly legal for me to get a work permit with a Non-O based on marriage as they are getting confused by it. Is there a government/immigration document (preferably in Thai) which shows it is perfectly legal to work and obtain a work permit with a Non-O based on marriage? Thanks :)
TLDR : Answer Summary
An individual holding a Non-O multi-entry visa based on marriage is legally allowed to obtain a work permit in Thailand. There are no prohibitions against this type of visa holder working, and to get confirmation, the school can contact the Ministry of Labour for further clarification on the legality.
