TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant O visa permits work only under specific conditions, primarily if it is obtained through marriage to a Thai citizen. If someone holds a Non-O visa that is not based on marriage or the individual is over 50 years old, they cannot use this visa to obtain a work permit.

If the non immigrant O is because you’re married to a Thai then you can work. Based on being over 50 then no.
