​Hi everyone,

​I am currently stuck in a transition period. I will be checking out of Accommodation A soon but haven't checked into Accommodation B yet. Because I haven't checked in, it is physically impossible for me to get a TM.30 from Accommodation B at this moment.

​If I go to Jomtien Immigration for the extension now, can I just present my current valid TM.30 from Accommodation A (to prove my current stay is strictly legal) combined with a confirmed English hotel booking for Accommodation B (to satisfy the future proof of address requirement)?

​Since the dates of the current TM.30 and the new hotel booking connect seamlessly, will the immigration officers accept this logical approach and grant the extension? Does anyone have recent experience doing exactly this?

At Jomtien you cannot get a 30 day tourism extension until you have 7 days or less remaining on your entry stamp so during that period is when you need your latest TM30

The current TM30 is valid until the next one is filed wherever whenever if ever. Just be sure it's in the same jurisdiction as the office you're applying at.
