If your company applies for a visa than you use your companies bank account.

IF you as person applies for a visa than you use your personal bank account.

as far as I can tell on the DTV website, businesses cannot apply for this visa. Only individuals

WHERE did you mention that this is your own business and where did you find that you can use business accounts as private accounts based on being employed in a business?

The question is proof of a minimum of 500.000 thb in your bank account for the last 3 months.
