Can I use an electronic copy of my TM30 for visa extension and is the appointment fee separate from the extension fee?

Hello, I have 2 questions.

I have a on entry TR visa which I am about to renew.  I have an electronic copy of my TM30. Can I print it out and use it for the extension request?

Also,  I see that an appointment can be made for processing the extension.  It shows Tourism Purpose 15 minutes฿ 1900.  is that 1900 baht on top of the extension fee of 1900 baht ?

The TM30 is what you use if you're asked to prove the address you're staying at here. Definitely print out that A4 receipt (that is the proof a TM30 was filed)

The 1900baht IS the extension fee, ALL extensions are that price. Appointments are free to book, they just posted the cost of the extension on that choice
