I'm wanting to fly back out to Thailand Xmas week. I'll stay in SE Asia until around mid April.
Will it be possible for me to head over to Laos and Cambodia for a week in each, before returning to Thailand, with a new 30 day tourist visa to see me out the last month or so before returning?
Or would that mean I have to do some sort of quarantine because I've been to those countries?
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the feasibility of traveling to Laos and Cambodia for a week each before returning to Thailand on a new 30-day tourist visa. Community members note that the land borders are currently closed, and travel plans may need to be flexible due to ongoing restrictions. Cambodia may be the only country without quarantine requirements now, but these rules are likely to change.
Land borders are still closed .. Why would you think about those options at the moment ? Just keep following the news.

I believe Cambodia is the only SE Asian country on the no quarantine list for the time being, but it's likely to change by Christmas.

You cannot plan ahead during these times.

AS OF RIGHT NOW, the land borders are still closed. Cambodia wants to open up though
Thanks Paul. I'm guessing there's no time limit on it - we can stay in Cambodia/Laos for a few weeks while getting visas, then fly back into Bkk (I hope) as per normal prior to Covid.
