Can I travel to Ha Giang Loop while applying for my DTV visa in Hanoi?
If I go Hanoi for my DTV visa, is it okay to also try and do Ha Giang Loop? Bored in Hanoi but also fear they may want to interview me in person. What do you think? Thank you for your advice!!
