Can I travel from Vietnam to Singapore while waiting for my visa approval?
Can I arrive in Vietnam and then depart after a few days to Singapore?
I know there is a low chance I’d be called in for an interview
But haven’t seen any posts yet saying Vietnam embassy had called them in?

Do not leave the country where you have applyed, until the visa is approved.

DON'T LEAVE Vietnam until you have your answer about the DTV Visa application submitted.

It is not wise to depart from the country before knowing the results. Otherwise, you need to scan all pages of your passport before leaving Vietnam as the embassy can ask your all visa pages from your passport.

Yeah! Singapore doesn't stamp. But Vietnam will stamp departure.

True but I wouldn't show them the departure stamp obviously, i think all they are looking for really is the entry stamp into vietnam
