New passport with DTV

Hey everyone! My old passport that is on the DTV e-visa expired and I had to renew it. I have both the old and the new passport. I know I need to carry both now when entering Thailand.

There was a guy who got denied boarding by Emirates because the visa for his old passport. Does anyone have experience traveling with old and new passport where the visa is for your old passport?

Did you ever had issues boarding?

Thank you!
Answer summary
A person renewed their passport while holding a DTV e-visa in their old passport and is seeking advice on traveling with both passports to avoid issues like others who were denied boarding. They received reassurance that carrying both passports should not cause problems, and if questioned, it's recommended to escalate the matter to a supervisor.

You shouldn’t have any issues travelling with both passports. If the check-in desk questions you ask for a supervisor who should know what they’re doing.
