Currently on a NON B Visa without a work permit, and got a job offer for a different school in another province. I want to transfer my school. Will it be possible to do it within Thailand ? Or do I have to leave the country and apply for a new non b? I have like 1.5 months left on my non b and told my current school to put my work permit on hold because I plan to transfer my school. What is the best thing to do here?

This actually is a good test to see just how much the new school values you and wants you as an employee. If in fact they do want you they should be willing to walk you through all of the paperwork. I've had two jobs here in Thailand and both times the companies I went to work for took care of all the paperwork I had to do virtually nothing to get my business b and my work permit. If they're laying it all on you to do tells me they're not that excited in having you. That's how I see it anyway

I'm fairly certain you cannot use a non-B visa issued for one company to start a job with another company. You would want to check with your immigration office to be sure
