Hello everyone.

At the moment i am on one year extension of a non-b which expires on February 2021. I got a job offer in krabi (I live in Trang at the moment). Obviously i would prefer to transfer my visa and work permit within the country. Is it actually possible to change everything without the need of leaving and coming back?

I have my 4 y.o daughter as my follower so i will rather not leave and come back to Thailand to avoid travelling.

T.i.a. any feedback will be appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of transferring their non-B visa and work permit within Thailand, as it is set to expire in February 2021 and they have received a job offer in Krabi. They express a preference to avoid traveling back and forth due to having a young child. A comment suggests that while on an extension of stay, the user is technically not on any visa and can cancel their current extension to apply for a new one based on employment in another area, emphasizing the importance of coordination between their current and future employers and respective immigration offices.

Just so you're clear if you're on an extension of stay you're not on ANY visa here.. :/

You should be able to cancel your current extension, and apply for a new extension based on employment at the other immigration office

Talk to your soon to be former employer and the immigration office you use AND talk to your soon to be new employer and that immigration office you will use to make sure you can pull it off.. It's gonna hinge on all those people and offices working together
