Answer summary
The user is currently on an AO visa with a deposit of 800,000 Baht and is considering switching to a visa based on a monthly income of 65,000 Baht, primarily from rental income. Community responses indicate that to switch, the user must show 12 months of transfers of the minimum required amount before applying for the next extension. Some advise against changing from the fixed deposit due to potential complications.

Don't change.... keep your 800k in a fixed account and you will have never an issue.
If you have a cash-flow issue, maybe think about to change country.
You need to honour the terms of the extension you are currently on and show 12 months of a minimum of 65k baht transfers from overseas each month immediately prior to applying for the next extension
Your first extension needs to be the 800K method and while you're doing that transfer the minimum of 65k each month for full 12 months before your extension application. You need to comply with both requirements until the monthly method is approved.
