Anyone has experience switching DTV to Work visa? Will they cancel DTV if they issue work visa? I have a job offer but I don’t want to loose DTV.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Switching from a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) to a Work Visa in Thailand requires you to choose one or the other, as only one valid visa can be held at a time. If you accept a job offer, you will need to convert your DTV to a Non-B visa along with a Work Permit to legally work in Thailand. There were differing opinions about whether you could upgrade from a DTV to another visa without losing the DTV, but it generally seems that immigration rules dictate that you must have only one active visa.

DTV it's not a tourist visa but also it's not Non-b. You can easy upgrade from DTV to any non-o or b visa without lost your DTV. But for immi it's very strange will be. Depends on them

Wait. You can work, get sociale security. Get insurance, save for pension, no need to leave every 180 day, can visit a gym at free time, can cook every day but you do not want to work?

You'll have to choose one or the other but can't work for companies here on a DTV.

Thailand allows only one active visa at a time.

If you take the job, you must switch to Non-B + Work Permit.
