Can I submit my 90-day report online with a new passport after my TM6 entry?

Sadly, my 90 day report is due June 9 and I cannot have you renew my retirement extension until July 6.

I tried to report online this morning as I have done successfully before. My TM6 is from 90 days ago when I crossed back into Thailand at Trat.

I know from before, you told me one cannot do 90 online with a new passport. Mine is now in the system and I did one 90 day at Chiang Mai immigration since. Can one normally do a 90 on a new TM6 or can only be done at immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is unable to renew their retirement extension until July 6, while their 90-day report is due on June 9. They have previously reported online but are unsure if they can report their 90-days online again using their new passport and TM6.
