TLDR : Answer Summary
The latest information on submitting a 90-day report online in Thailand indicates that it can be done within a 15-day window prior to the due date and up to the due date itself. Previously, reporting was possible 14 days prior. Expats should note that the first report must be done in person, with subsequent reports allowed online. Reports may be rejected if submitted with less than 7 days remaining before the due date.

I always do online reporting at least a week in advance, so far so good. Don't understand why this can't be done once a year when you do the retirement visa... so tired of all the red tape and now this new tax uncertainty bs.

The online site now effectivly says you only get a 7 day window to report online ( cant recall the exact wording), but if you have less than 7 days to go before the reporting date your application will most likely be rejected.

Your first one has to be done in person at immigration...

Nothing latest, if you stay more than 90 consecutively days in Thailand, you go to Immigration and make a 90 day report.

Further info on the website of the nearest Immigration office.

In person it’s 15 days prior to and 7 days after due time. Online it’s 15 days prior and up to due time.

online it can't be made after 7 days before. You only got a 7-day window for the online reporting, not a 15-days window
