One year extension for marriage on the ฿40,000 per month system....

Hypothetically, could one show an imput on 31st July and for the next month on 1st August, and so on, or does there have to be thirty days interval between the money being in your account?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry concerns whether funds for a marriage visa extension in Thailand can be shown as deposited on consecutive days, specifically the last day of the month and the first day of the next month, under the requirement of a minimum of 40,000 baht per month. Community responses suggest that while the rule specifies 'not less than 40,000 baht per month,' it is advised to consult with the local immigration office to clarify how they interpret and count these deposits.

Suggest you ask your Thai Immigration office if you have this question. That's the answer which needs to be followed.

The rule is “not less than 40,000 baht per month”

meaning per calendar month, and any day in that month.

If your local office says something different, you can point out the regulation language or follow their made up interpretation if it is different from the rule.

The rule says "not less than 40,000 baht per month".

But you had better check with your local immigration office how they count.

(Be careful if you want to send money on the last/first day of the month. Not always transferred as planed)
