Hi,

Has anyone been accepted for a DTV with income from rental property? If so, can you please let me know what information you provided to secure the visa?

We will only start receiving rental income a month or so before we apply. Will that make a difference?

Thanks!

Many such DTVERS have been approved inc those just starting out, the threads detail their experience. Basically, provide how you manage the property/tenants online, ownership info, rental income on bank statements.
