TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether they could return to Thailand on the visa exemption program after leaving in February 2022, having previously stayed for nearly four months. Responses confirmed that returning is possible, provided they adhere to current COVID-19 entry requirements. There were also suggestions to consider obtaining a Tourist visa or another visa suitable for their intended length of stay.

In your prior post of December 19th...you stated...

"Thx all! I will change soon to the Elite Visa to get a proper Visa, but they told me they can’t do this now in this short time"

I will only stay 30 days and a lot of „old dogs“ told me the elite visa is a waste of money for me, as I‘m only planing to stay 2-3 or max. 4 months a year In Thailand. Do you think this information was wrong ?

nope...wise decision.

But if you do plan on staying three months...get the tourist visa

I would suggest getting a Tourist visa this time...or another visa more in keeping with your planned stay in Thailand.
