Can I apply for a Thailand Pass if I've had a mixed vaccination of Sinovac and AstraZeneca?

You are also welcome to enter the country unvaccinated and go into quarantine. You will then receive a quarantine certificate, which is also free.

as long as both types are approved (they are) and you have 2 doses, then yes you can get a thaipass
