Hello, I left Thailand 40 days ago. I've already had 2 land border entry in this calendar year. Is the restriction still valid, or the immigration will let me in the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about re-entering Thailand after departing 40 days prior and having two land border entries within the same calendar year. Comments indicated that while there is no longer a restriction on the number of land entries in a year, immigration may still review entry history. It was recommended to have proof of an onward flight, and the general consensus was that the user should be fine to re-enter.
You've been away for 40 days so you should be fine.

You left 40 days ago and you're coming back in to thailand by LAND? Are you in a neighboring country or what?
There is no longer a 2 free entry by land border in a calendar year rule
BUT
that doesn't mean that they don't look at entry history when you come into the country (especially by air).
All you can do is have proof you're flying out of the country in 60 days (because that's what they'll ask when you go to stamp in if they are going to hassle you for entry/stay history)
Thank you Bob, I would tell them in the Malay border, I go back Malaysia by train, thats why I dont have plane ticket. This worked when I arrived in Hatyai by air, and the immigration pulled me out from the line.
