I flew in for 60 days in February this year and am thinking of coming again around August on a multi- entry for six months.
As it will be my 2nd entry this year will I have any problem when I border bounce at Chong Chom after 90 days, technically a 3rd entry for the year?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The traveler is concerned about potential issues with border bouncing after their second entry into Thailand for the year. Responses clarify that while there is no limit on entries with a valid visa, there are restrictions on entering without a visa (visa exempt entries) and it ultimately depends on the discretion of the border officer on duty.
IF you have a valid visa (like a 6 month METV) you can exit/re-enter all you want by land borders and it doesn't count against the TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by land in a year that you're allowed ใ

Up to the border officer at the day on chom border
Same as it up to the officer at the airport when you arrive in august
