I am well aware of the two land boarder maximum entry allowance per year.
We entered about two months ago from Malaysia and stayed for 5 days.
We plan to enter again in about a month to stay for a 45 days or more (exemption + eventually extension).
You think somebody will make troubles if I or we go in two weeks for a couple of days to check out an accomodation, then return to malaysia?
Still planing to go again in a month. All through land boarder. It would add up to the third entry in 2022.
Thanks for your advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the implications of making a third land border entry into Thailand in one calendar year, after having already entered twice. They plan a short trip for accommodation scouting before a longer stay and want to know if this would cause problems at the border. A commenter emphasizes that Thailand allows only two visa-exempt entries by land per year, suggesting the user may be denied entry if they attempt a third time.
