Martin Keough when they returned my second last report by post they even included a letter with their website encouraging to do the next one online. I tried but as already stated it didn’t work for me even though I was well within the time frame for online reporting.

I did 4 consecutive online reports before they took the whole system off line last year. After I read it that it came online again a few months ago I tried again both for myself and my wife, no luck this time but I have read that others were successful in Chiang Mai. For me reporting via snail mail is a better option.

I dunno :/

's story seemed to bear out that Chiang Mai isn't participating in the program because his report never went past "Pending" status and he finally mailed it in instead. I'd certainly check with the immigration office to see if they are participating or not in the online program.

oh. didn't realize it less than 7 days before wasn't possible. Probably need to go right now.

that means you are either NOT in the data base or you are applying outside the window opportunity from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual report date.

Sorry but I see a trip to the immigration office in your near future. :/

Tried again 3 weeks ago in Chiang Mai, still pending, so send in by post and that works flawless so far. I got my passport slip delivered back home within a few days.

you can go back into the system and cancel that pending report
