Hello members! I need an advice here

Given: a 3-month non-b visa, issued by Thai Consulate in Savanakhet, Laos. It’s a sticker, not a stamp. We are ALREADY IN THAILAND

Problem: an urgent trip to Laos, will cross the border by land

Question: is it possible to get in immigration a re-entry on a 3-month working visa, issued abroad?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A member seeks advice on obtaining a re-entry permit for a 3-month Non-B visa while already in Thailand, planning an urgent trip to Laos. The response clarifies that it is possible to get a re-entry permit for the entry stamp associated with the Non-B visa at a local immigration office, noting the importance of securing this before leaving Thailand as land border checkpoints typically do not issue re-entry permits.

Yes, you can get a re-entry permit on your entry stamp from a Non-B visa, but you have to get one at the local immigration office if you don't fly out.

Most land border checkpoints don't sell re-entry permits to foreigners.

The place of visa issuance doesn't matter. Single Entry Non-B visa is already used and no longer valid. What you need is a re-entry permit for your entry stamp which should be valid still when you return to Thailand.
