Having had Visa exemption for the past few years. I have decided to obtain a 90 tourist visa so as not to abuse the system. Reading the requirements l have to report to immigration after 60 days for a 30 day extension. Can my return or onward flight be 90 days from arrival and not the 60 days before getting the extension. Thanks

But if l have a 90 day tourist visa that's what l show the airline. The 60day stamp is only stamped at immigration on arrival at BKK.

Before the 60 day visa came into play i did extension of another 30 day's at chonburi jomtien immigration but my return ticket 60days i purchased was prior to departure from OZ so I dont see any difference in what your attempting to do just maybe the airline may have different regulations dont believe it would be a thia issue but I've been wrong 1 or 2 times in my life chok di

Ask your airline what their policy is as that is where you will most likely be asked for an onward travel ticket
