Did my 90 day report at Tak Immigration at Mae Sot yesterday. My third time. Had to fill out a TM27 form and just wondering if anyone else has ever had to complete this form?

The form is for Aliens to notify their change of address if different from that stated on their arrival card.

What you write down on all kind or cards is not so important, question is what was the address you were living at and are you living now? Did the address change?

Hmmmm....as we know with 70+ immigration offices...each seem to have their requirements. Always best to ask locally what are their filing requirements .
